Murrungar

Our Partners

Murrungar facilitates and provides services within the Australian construction sector that meet government social procurement requirements and corporate environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments.

Meeting these obligations with integrity and impact, we offer our customers and partners a sophisticated approach to Indigenous engagement that goes beyond token gestures.

With strong community ties and networks, Murrungar and its founder understand impact and reach.

Community controlled organisations and social enterprises that foster the same version form an ecosystem that Murrungar seeks to support and grow into the future.

Why partner with us

Murrungar delivers real commercial value while building a legacy of Indigenous capability, culture and leadership in Australia’s built environment.

Procurement & Project Partners

A.G. Coombs Group

The A.G. Coombs Group is a privately-owned Australian group of companies that provides an integrated range of technical services for all systems in buildings, from design through to installation, commissioning, maintenance and ongoing operation and management. It works closely with Murrungar to give Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses greater access to large building services contracts and the ability to connect and collaborate within the broader A.G. Coombs network.

Korin Gamadji Institute

Murrungar is pleased to work with and support Korin Gamadji Institute. An initiative of the Richmond Football Club, the institute runs free sport and leadership programs for young mob – empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people through sport and leadership.

Viva Energy Australia

In December 2025, Murrungar established a partnership with Shell and Viva Energy to provide A.G. Coombs fleet vehicles with an additional per-litre discount. Shell then channels a percentage of A.G. Coombs fleet sales revenue directly to Murrungar to support Indigenous business growth.

Every time A.G. Coombs vehicles fill up at 1,500+ Shell sites nationwide, they’re helping support Indigenous employment and enterprise, embedding cultural capability into the supply chain and building long-term opportunity for First Nations communities.
